Big Brother Racism: Season Nineteen was the nineteenth season of the popular Big Brother Racism series, which concluded on November 29th, 2009. The season gained its biggest publicity from Victorya Hong, who frequently caused feed blackouts by claiming that the program was rigged against her clique. Hong continued to assert these allegations after her eviction, which prompted an investigation by the FCC into the series. Although no official settlement was announced, it is highly speculated that Hong was paid a large sum by Allison Grodner and the investigation likely led to Hong's inclusion in the fourth All Stars special. Another interesting event in the house was Ofelia's success in the first Head of Household competition, only to realise that in winning it for her clique, her abusive stepfather Captain Vidal entered into her clique.
